Mr. Rinaldi is a partner at Idaho Commercial Appraisal and an Idaho native with over nineteen (19) years of residential and commercial real estate experience. In addition to the MAI designation, Mr. Rinaldi is also a State Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He  has experience in all property types ranging from smaller owner-occupied to large income producing properties.  He specifically has an expertise in gas stations/convenience stores, veterinary clinics, professional/dental/medical offices, cattle ranches, funeral homes and residential subdivision development.

Mr. Rinaldi graduated in 2003 from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Away from Idaho Commercial Appraisal, Tony enjoys spending time with wife (Jennifer) and dogs (Muzzy and Kala), hunting, fishing and traveling.
